Jerry Blaine

Jerry Blaine, 51, died Tuesday, October 21, 2008 in Des Moines. Jerry was born on September 10, 1957 to Dale and Virginia Blaine in Des Moines, Iowa.
He is survived by his parents; two children, Jeremy Blaine and Andrea Walls; seven grandchildren; two brothers, David and Steve; and his friend, Laura Ault.
Friends may visit with family from 5 – 7 pm Friday, October 24, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Jerry.
