Service Details
Theodore L. Benning, 78, died Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. A private family graveside service will be held at Glendale Cemetery.
Theodore was born August 5, 1930 in Des Moines to Walter and Lena Benning. He was a truck driver for Triple F Feeds.
Theodore is survived by his son, Marcus Benning; grandchildren, Christopher Benning and Candace Hildebrand; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie and his parents.

Our sincere condolences to Marcus & family. Ted was a fine person and we will always remember the love and kindness he bestowed upon his mother-in-law (our Aunt Helen) and family. You could not have asked for a more wonderful and caring person. He will be missed.
