Kenneth R. Grubb

Kenneth R. Grubb, 59, died Friday, October 10, 2008 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. Funeral services will be held 10am Wednesday, October 15th at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Kenneth was born August 15, 1949 in Des Moines where he lived all his life. He worked for the Des Moines Register for over 39 years. He was a very active member of Crossroads Church. Kenneth was an avid sports fan.
Ken’s family was his greatest love. He is survived by his daughters Becky Grubb and Ashley Grubb; his grandchildren Michael and Shayla Newman and Taylor Estes; his brothers and sisters; Mary Gean, Janet Moen, Clayton Grubb, Carol Grubb, George Grubb, Linda Busick, Shirley Jackson and Larry Grubb; the mother of his children Carla Grubb and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Clayton and Mary Lois Grubb and brother James Grubb.
