Charles Streeter

Charles “Chuck” Joseph Streeter, 63, died Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Linn Grove in Norwalk. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Chuck was born September 11, 1945 in Oregon, Missouri to Della and Joseph Streeter. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Chuck enjoyed playing guitar, fishing and watching the deer at the Ft. Des Moines Park.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 40 years, Patty; sons, Chuck (Diane) Streeter and Patrick (Cynthea) Streeter; grandchildren, Sean, Tanner, Selena and Joey; siblings, Lenar Schweikhardt, Darwin Streeter and Galen Streeter. He was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter, Charity.
