Margaret Laughlin

Margaret Laughlin, was born October 6, 1927, and passed away Friday, September 26, 2008, at her home of natural causes. She was a life long resident of Des Moines. Margaret was employed at Commercial Printing for 27 years before her retirement in 1990.
Margaret is survived by her son, Kenneth Laughlin; daughter, Cindy (James) Patton; grandson, Anton Nichols; great grandson, Isaac Nichols; brother, Edward Boggs; and sisters, Frances Welborn and Evelyn Baltzley all of Des Moines.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Iowa Heart Association.
