Daryl Wentland

Daryl Wentland, 48, died Thursday, September 25, 2008 of a sudden heart attack in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He was born October 6, 1959 to John and Elaine Wentland in Marengo, Iowa.
He enjoyed playing horseshoes, cribbage and all sports with his twin sons, which were his greatest accomplishment.
Daryl is survived by his twin sons, Johnny and Jordan Wentland, his mother, Elaine, brothers, Kevin, Greg, Rick and Dennis, his sisters, Susie Wentland and Mari Beth Rowe and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wentland and his grandparents.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 29, 2008 at Saints John and Paul Catholic Church in Altoona, Iowa. Burial will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Victor, Iowa at 3:00 pm. Friends may visit with family from 5 – 7 p.m. Sunday, at the church.
