Thomas Short

Thomas Wayne Short, 47, was born April 15, 1971 in Wanatchee, Washington, and passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 23, 2018 at his home. Cremation has occurred and private services will be held at a later date.

Tom was a Truck Driver throughout most of his life. He especially enjoyed traveling with his wife and all of the adventures they went on together. You always knew that Tom loved you if he picked on you … he was extremely ornery and had quite a sense of humor! His “fur babies” RJ and Rascal held a special place in his heart. Above all else, Tom treasured the time he spent with his family and he will be deeply missed.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Paulette Short; children, April (Chris) Fenn, Amanda (Den Den) Van Rycke and Nate (Kimberley) Plamondon; grandchildren, Angelina, Aiden, Aveyna, Lauriah, Connor, Kyleigh and Ethan; siblings, Anna (Rodney, lovingly known as “Rotten-y” to Tom), Dustin (Aspen) Beanblossom, Jo Madsen and Velvet Short; his mother, Velma Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews, other loving relatives and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Dora Marie.
