Janiece Campbell (Sears)

Janiece Campbell, 64, passed away on November 19, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. She was born in Osceola, on April 18, 1954, to Bryant and Lenore (Hampton) Sears.

The outdoors was Jan’s passion, she enjoyed fishing, camping, riding horses and had a love for all animals. Jan was a great cook at Tony’s Lounge and on occasion you might even see her at times bartending. Jan’s greatest legacy will be her giving heart and how she cared for others. She was selfless when it came to someone else’s needs, even though she didn’t have a lot herself, she always was willing to give of herself for others.

Janiece is survived by her sons; Jason (Erica) Sears and Justin (Mikki) Massey; grandchildren, Alex, Isaiah, Giovanni and Carter; siblings, Debbie (Greg) Faux and Jackie (Roland) Seals, along with many relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
