Jeffrey E. Stevens, 57, passed away November 19, 2018. Per his request, his body has been cremated and private services will be held.

Jeff was born February 7, 1961 in Jefferson, Iowa to Glenn and Kay Stevens. He graduated from Scranton High School. Jeff lived in Des Moines for the past 30 years and worked as a painter and vinyl installer. He was a member of International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and was an avid bicyclist.

Jeff is survived by his daughters, Lenna and Lauren Stevens; mother, Kay O’Donnell; sister, Debbie (Bob) Anderson; brothers, Mike and Doug Stevens; step-brothers, Larry, John, Mike (Linda) and Matt (Sherry) O’Donnell; ex-wife, Janet Stevens; and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Stevens; step-father, Mike O’Donnell; step-sister-in-law, Angie O’Donnell; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
