Service Details
Ryan Christopher Webb, 18, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2008 at Ss. John and Paul Catholic Church, 1401 1st Ave. S in Altoona with burial to follow at the Mitchellville Cemetery.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Elaine Webb; father and step-mother, Bill and Samantha Webb; sister, Randi Webb; nephew, George Maxwell Akes; grandparents, George and Jean Redman, Carleen Gall and Betty Webb; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Max Webb and John Gall.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2008 at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the SE Polk Baseball program or the DARE program at SE Polk High School. Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

I am a graduate of SE Polk... Even though I don't know your son personally, we are all touched by his loss... This is truly a tragedy and I am so sorry for your familys loss. Your family and Ryan are in my thoughts and prayers and our whole community is grieving for your family right now. Elaine and Family,
We were very sad to hear of the loss of Ryan. We have fond memories of Ryan coming over to visit Chloe and playing catch with Chris. Just the other day I saw Ryan run by our house chasing after Bronco. I know he will be missed by your family and all who knew him.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

We just wanted to let you know how sorry we are for your loss. Ryan will be greatly missed. Know that we are thinking of you and you are in our prayers. Cameron enjoyed playing baseball this past summer with Ryan. I hope that you can find some peace in knowing that he had many friends. God Bless!

Elaine and family we are so very sorry for the loss of Ryan. We know how Cody and Cole felt the day he brought that baseball over to them and they are truly saddened to hear about his loss. Mere words cannot express the pain in our hearts upon learning of Ryan's death. I cannot imagine the loss that you are feeling. Just know that we
loved him too and he will never be far from our hearts. We will always remember him and his mischevious smile that would always light up a room.
