Anne Polansky, 52, died September 6, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 from 5-8 PM at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St.
Anne is survived by her mother; Doris Englert, sons; Ryan and Todd Polansky, daughter; Jenny Weber, sisters; Diane and Kathy Englert, Yvonne Bunth, and Deborah Scott, brothers; Wiliam Englert, Jr., Gary Englert, and Earl Schwabe. Anne was preceded in death by her father, William Englert.

I worked with Ann at Qwest. She was such a joy, so very loving and kind. A very special wonderful person. She loved her children so very much, and was always sharing how wonderful you all are.
Remember her beautiful smile and the love she had for all of you. I know it is hard to believe, but there will come a time when you think of her without crying. It does take time though, so don't worry if you are still crying months and months from now, even years.Please remember we all will be crying with you.
She will always be a part of all of us, because of her love and constant kindness. She will always live in your heart.
We all will be praying for you, please know you are not grieving with you. Remember her love for you.

Our sympathy goes out to all of Anne's friends and relatives. She was a very sweet person and had a smile of warmth. Anne-you will be missed and forever in our memories.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother . She was a wonderful lady ! She talked so much about her children , loved you so much ! I worked with Anne at Qwest, She was such a devoted lady in all that she did , I am glad I had the chance to be her friend and co worker . You should be proud to know that your Mom was truly one of the most sincere, hard working, caring, honest woman that I have ever met! She knew how to make a difficult situation better, and to always put a smile on my face. She was extremely proud of her family, and always wanted the best for you. She will be greatly missed by a huge "extended" family of friends, and especially by me! When you think of your Mom, think of her beautiful smile and her gentle ways!

I had the pleasure of working with Anne. I have never meet anyone so sweet, kind, and selfless. The world will not be the same without her. My heart goes out to everyone and your in my prayers. Anne, you will be deeply missed.

Todd, Ryan, and Jenny I am so sorry about your mom. I know how much she loved all of you. I will miss her to. She was my sister, there was times we didn't agrue on things but we will always be sisters. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. All my love Aunt Yvonne
