Margaret Murray

Margaret Madeline Murray, 87, of Des Moines passed away on August 28, 2008 at the Iowa Health Hospice Taylor House from complications of a stroke. Funeral services will be at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 2nd at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with cremation following the service. Private Inurnment of cremains will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date. The family will greet friends from 5-7 P.M. Tuesday prior to the service.
Margaret was a seamstress, enjoyed crafts, cooking, entertaining family and friends and joking and kidding around. She is survived by her children Madeline (Ed) Buchanan, Raymond (Pat) Murray, Jr. and Sue (Ed) Brose as well as seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Madeline Loffredo, her husband Raymond Murray Sr. and sister Jenny.
