Dear Linda McFall:
I was so sad to hear of your mothers passing. Your mother and my mother-in-law Monika Sleeth were such dear friends and worked together for many many years doing hair. And I remember your mother doing my Grandmother Crouch's hair @ the Fluer Heighths too several years ago. Your mom touched so many lives. I was even more saddened to hear that you lost your husband also. I feel your pain. My mom (Sally Smith) told me of his passing. I'm sure she told you that I just lost my husband also about 10 months ago. My father-in-law Gilbert Sleeth sends his condolences also. He has struggled the past few years with the loss of my mother-in-law Monika and now his two sons Mike (my husband) and Cory his other son...both lost in the automobile accident. Please call me anytime if you just wish to chat. (971-8726) Keep your chin up and I will keep you and your family in our prayers. Sincerely, Teresa

Dear children of Connie,
I am your mother's cousin, Mary Kay. I was so saddened to hear of your loss today when talking to my sister-in-law in Des Moines. (we live in Kansas)
Jim and I visited your mother last winter one cold afternoon when we were in Des Moines. She always had that vibrant smile and did not dwell on her misfortunes as you well know. We stopped by that day to cheer her up and when we left both of us were uplifted due to her positive attitude.
We hope to make the drive tomorrow morning to celebrate Connie's life with you at her funeral. May she truly rest in peace as I cannot think of a person who is more deserving.
Our love and deepest sympathy to all of you,
Mary Kay and Jim Allen

You and your family are in my prayers. I know losing a mother is really tough, it happened to me less than six years ago. If you need anything, you know my number. I sure hope you will reach out if you need anything.
