Dear family,
We are so saddened to hear of Bob's passing. He was a great cousin and had so many stories to tell.
One of our daughters, Melissa, e-mailed us and this is what she wrote about a visit to Bob and Julie when our girls were young. She wrote, 'Bob took us to the video store to rent a movie because he wanted Melanie and me to have a happy memory about visiting and not dread it so that we would want to come back. It worked, not because of the movie, but because of the thoughtful gesture. He was a kind person. I remember when he tossed that hugh log for his big dog to catch and then when we went inside, the dog laid on his back with all four legs stretching to the ceiling fan and just moaned and growned. He told good stories and I could tell he really liked you, Dad. He was so appreciative that we stopped by.'
Bob was so good to his mother and Butch and we know he loved all his family very much. We will miss him and pray you will find peace and comfort in all your memories of him.
Love, Sue and Allen
