Jakeb "Jake" Lee Hall, 29, passed away on October 12, 2018 at 12:27pm. He was born February 18, 1989.
Celebration of Jake's life will be on Sunday, October 21st at 4:00pm at the Vineyard Church located at 2332 Euclid Des Moines.
Jake grew up around the Northeast side of Des Moines and is survived by his Daughter Raeliegh, Mother Dawna, Father John, Brother Jarrett, two sisters Jacey and Jaurey. Also Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jake will be remembered for his love for his family. He always made sure his loved ones were taken care of. Jake loved music, working outside doing yard work and helping others when they needed it.

No words will do any justice, but at the end of the day, Jake had a big heart and I will miss him. He, his brother, and mother have all gone out of their way too help me at one time, or another; Showing that same big heart and compassion that was so recognizable in him.
I am heartbroken for your broken hearts; and hope the MANY fond memories help you make it through this sad one.

I loved you right from the start, being my first born nephew. You could read Dr. Seuss books by memory at two. You were always so smart. I love & miss you and hope you found peace.
