My best friend through high school was Joey's nephew, Dave "Nubby" Maroon. I knew many of Joey's family- his brothers, sister, cousins, nieces and nephews. I miss them all, Ed, Adele, Nancy, Becky, Muffin. Love to you all. Goodbye Joey.

I was fortunate to call him Uncle Joey because I married into this great family. We can all agree we are all better people to have known Joe Jesser. My kids will always remember the cheeseburgers, donuts, ice cream and most important his love and and kindness. As we all progress through life, a piece of Joe Jesser will always be with us as he smiles down on all of us from heaven. We love and miss you Uncle Joey.

Uncle Joey was the best! Funny, warm and kind. I fondly remember him calling me "Tess" or "Tessie" when I was young and will treasure all my memories of him forever. He will be missed but I know he is in heaven with his parents, siblings, my Dad, Aunt Becky and all his loved ones who passed before him. He has now joined them as our Guardian Angel! Love you Uncle Joey!

Joe was a wonderful man and neighbor. I grew up with his property backing up to my parents. He was always thoughtful to everyone. He will be missed.

Sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the Bible at Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
