Earl L. Morgan, Jr., 48, died at his home Monday, August 25, 2008. Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and no services are planned.
Earl was born August 12, 1960 in Des Moines and was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area. He was an avid Tony Stewart fan and a great cook, his family especially loved his chili. He enjoyed watching TV Land, but his greatest passion in life was his love for his grandchildren.
Earl is survived by his sons, Cory (Jessica) Strahl and Jason (Natalie Schooley) Strahl; grandchildren, Morgan, Caylie, Colton and Damian; brothers, Larry and Tommy; sisters, Terry and Cindy; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Strahl

My sympathy to all of you on Earl`s death. I enjoyed the opportunity to provide Earl with health care and will miss seeing him at the office. He always spoke highly of his family and especially his grandchildren that he dearly loved. I have given a memorial gift to Broadlawns Medical Center in honor of Earl.
