Kaylee Gilge was my best friend. She was very kind hearted and very fun to hang out with. She always wanted to do something everyday. She was very outgoing and just overall a amazing person. I miss you very much Kaylee. I wish they never happened. I wish I could rewind time and made sure this never happened. I miss your attitude very much. I miss when you would kick my face when we slept in my very small bed. Fly high beautiful girl. I love you and will never forget your kind hearted soul.

I had the privilege of teaching Kaylee during 7th and 8th grade at Merrill. She brought spunk to the classroom every day. She was beautiful inside and out. Praying for comfort and strength.

I cannot imagine what your family is going through. I have a young daughter and my heart is truly breaking for your tremendous loss. May you find some comfort in the scriptures which promise a time when sickness and death will be a thing of the past. (Revelation 21:3;4). And please know that God sees your pain and cares and that you are on the hearts and minds of many. Sending all my love to your family.

I am so sorry for your family's loss Eric, Clay and EJ. Having seen her with her blonde curls and always being at wrestling practices and tournaments when my son was younger, and when we stayed at the hotel in Okobji, Spirit Lake. What a sweet, very energetic, beautiful girl. So sorry for your loss and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
