David Paul Everett
Of West Des Moines, Iowa
David P. Everett, 54, passed away on August 21st, 2018. David was born on June 14th, 1964 in Charleston, South Carolina to William and Bonnie Everett.
He is survived by his daughters, Heather (Nathan) Gunson, Brittany (Ricky) Smith; four grandchildren, Jace, Braelyn, Trice, and Kinley; three sisters; two brothers; and a host of nieces and nephews.
David loved to dance, listen to music and spending time with his family and friends. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved to help anyone he came into contact with. He truly had a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; a brother; and a sister.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

My sympathies to Davids family. I have been his neighbor for the last 6 years. Such a nice man; meticulous with his yard work; loved his grandchildren so much. He would sometimes visit off the porch if I was sitting out with my granddaughter; always a friendly smile. He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to here about Dave. He was Childhood friend of mine. Lived behind me growing up in the Plaza. I knew him and the whole family. Had a lot of good times. RIP Dave.
