Lily Belle Castings

Lily Belle Castings, 94, died August 19, 2008, at Ridgecrest Healthcare Center. Graveside services will be held August 29th at 11:00 a.m. at Lowman Cemetery, Runnells, Iowa.
Lily was born in Riserville, Iowa, to Lola and Joseph Hupton March 8, 1914. She raised her family in Des Moines and was very active in her church. In 1967 she moved to California where she pursued a nursing career. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Dyer of LaVerne, CA, and Pat (husband Joe) Oliver of Ridgecrest; her brother, Joe Hupton of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Russ Dyer, Jim Dyer, Kim Oliver, Scott Oliver, Mike Oliver, and Shannon Dyche; and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Castings; her daughter, Judy Farrow; and her grandson, Tom Dyer.
