William "Bill" Nichols (aka. "Uncle Sonny" to his nieces and nephews in California) was always welcomed home with open arms. He was fun to be around and is remembered most by his teasing and wisecracks.
He was a true jock....wow did he love sports! Before he became too ill to travel, he would come to California for a month at a time to watch my boys play football and basketball. He enjoyed it to the fullest and my boys will never forget "Uncle Sonny".
To all my cousins, who I will never forget and I hope will never forget me, I pray that you will get through this difficult time and are able to find closure and let your heart heal. The one piece of connection that brought us is now gone and I pray that we will be able to keep the door to the family open by never loosing touch.
With all my love and prayers,
Susan
