Service Details
Patty Ogden, 55, of Des Moines passed away on August 5, 2008 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial of the cremains following the service at Avon Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 9-11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. She was employed by the state of Iowa and enjoyed racing with Bob, Rob and Greg. She is survived by her daughters Amy (Joel) Fricke of Chandler, Arizona and Angel (Greg) Hower of Des Moines, her mother Beverly Vaughn, her sisters Mary Henderson, Clara Floyd and Sandy Cline, her grandchildren Tyler, Caden and Jace as well as her significant other Bob Allison and his family. She was preceded in death by her father Sammy Vaughn.

I was very saddened to heard that Patty had passed away. We were friends in high school and unfortunately I had only talked to her a few times in the past 10 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My heart and prayers go out to all of you for the loss of Patty. I know she will be truely missed by everyone that she came in contact with including myself. Patty was a wonderful person and I know God has great plans for her. God Bless
