Randall Swinton

Randall Lee Swinton, 48, passed away Sunday, August 4 in Norwalk. Funeral services will be held 11am Monday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7pm Sunday at the funeral home.
Randy was born April 24, 1960 in Oelwein, IA to Carol and Wendell Swinton. He graduated from Norwalk High School. Randy owned and operated Rising Star Home Improvement Company. He had also worked for a construction company called Windows and Doors. He loved being with his family. Randy was a member of the Hartford Sportsman Club. He was a avid outdoors man, liked NHRA Drag Racing. Randy enjoyed skiing in Jackson Hole, WY. He enjoyed cooking and lending a helping hand to family and friends.
Randy is survived by his mother, Carol Swinton, his brothers, Bruce (Peter DiBrito) and Richard (Denise), his sisters, Donna Bachman (Jim Beery), Debra Serpico (Benny), Denise Serpico (Ralph) and Michelle White (Todd). 14 nieces and nephews. 1 great nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Wendell A. Swinton.
