Lilly Berdina Wright, 92, passed away on July 26, 2018, at Altoona Nursing and Rehab. She was born February 21, 1926, in Newton, Iowa, to Charles and Grace Sheeler.
Lilly loved traveling, camping, and fishing. She especially enjoyed her time living on the lake at Lake of the Ozarks, MO. Lilly also enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Lilly is survived by her son, Greg Wright (Lori) of Camdenton, MO; grandchildren, Greg Wright Jr. (Tara), Todd Wright (Jamie), David Mendenhall Jr., LeAnna (Mendenhall) Craig (Michael), and Tim Mendenhall; as well as 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Wright; brother, William Sheeler, and daughter, Susan (Wright) Mendenhall.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW in Altoona, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.

Greg, I am so sorry. I know how much your Granny meant to you. Heaven gained a wonderful angel and she will continue to watch over you and your family. My prayers are with you.

Greg & Tara I never put Berdina together as you being related. Your grandma was a very sweet lady. Prayers for the whole family's comfort. Love you!
