Blanche Karrett

Blanche Karrett, 84, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Wesley Acres. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. Burial will be at the Ellington Cemetery in Mallard, Iowa.
Blanche was born May 25, 1924 in Mallard, Iowa. She worked for Northwestern Bell Telephone until her retirement.
Blanche is survived by her son James (Bonnie) Karrett; grandchildren, James Karrett, Jr., Pamela McGuffin, Kathryn Peck and Michael Karrett; and two great-grandchildren, Trevor and Lukas Karrett.
