Juan Vera-Garza, age 69, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2018 at Fleur Heights Care Center in Des Moines. Juan was born in Mexico on September 29, 1948. Juan was a self-employed carpenter, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix. He enjoyed crafts and spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Rita; seven children; three step-children; many grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
