Sorry for your loss. We will miss stopping in to visit with Mayme. She always knew who we were and whose kids belonged to whom, and she would always introduce us to everyone. Scott and I also got to see Mayme every day at work when she came to Westview to live which was always nice, like a family reunion everyday. We will miss her and so will all of us at Westview.

I had the opportunity to work for Mayme for years prior to her going into the nursing home. I always looked forward to going to Maymes and enjoyed the many stories that she shared with me. Her family was so important to her and she appreciated the visits. I will always treasure our memories. Thank you for sharing your mom with me.

We have many fond memories of Mayme. She was a cousin to us, gave us much family history, and was very faithful to support family reunions for many years. William L. Shelton

So sorry for your loss. Your Mom always had a knack at making me laugh with her dry humor and deep genuine laugh. Although it has been way to long since we'd stopped by to visit I'd try to call her around her birthday and I'm quite certain we both enjoyed our conversations of past family visits and stories of the good old days when life was alot simpler. May she rest in peace. I am so sorry we will not be able to attend memorial service as I have just recently had knee replacement surgery and long distance travel is not an option at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Aunt Mayme will always be a feel good memory. I'm also sorry for not being able to get reaquainted with all of you.
