Paul Stevens

Paul Stevens, 74, passed away June 29, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center.

Paul was born November 26, 1943 in Ruthven, Iowa. He enjoyed camping, boating, working, walking his dogs, and taking care of others.

Paul is survived by his wife, Bobbie Borst, children, Paul E. (Deb) Stevens, Jr., Janette (John Herrig) Kozeliski, Ruth (Victor) Carmona and Jeff Stevens; grandchildren Shawna, Chad, Dustin, Britni, Danielle, Brandi, Kati Jo and Jade; great-grandchildren, Madelynn, Rylea, Cade, Eivan, Anniston, Hayes, Diego, Kiana, Kandess, Kayson, and Raegan, and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Betty Stevens.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9th with prayers and a time of sharing at 6:30 p.m at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street in Des Moines.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League in remembrance of Paul.
