Richard "Dick" Carter

Richard Carter, 83, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, at his home in Des Moines, Iowa.

Richard was born July 17, 1934, in Ogden, Iowa. He was a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Joann, five daughters, one step-son, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters.

He was preceded in death by his wife of thirty-one years, Betty, parents, stepson and a sister.
