Service Details
Terry L. Burgess, 72, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018, at her home in Indianola. She was born June 15, 1945, in Des Moines, to James and Helen Brown.
Terry loved her horses and working in her yard, but above all else, she cherished time spent with her family.
Terry is survived by her loving husband, John; sister, Beverly Dennis; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Darlene Fazio and Betty Finken; and her brother, Bill Brown.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m.
