Patricia Scott

Patricia Ann (Aubrey) Scott, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, July 18, 2008 at her home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2008 at Staves United Methodist Church, 2747 E. Madison Avenue in Des Moines. Cremation will follow the services and private burial will be at a later date. No visitation is planned.
Pat was born on July 2, 1936 in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of W. Dean and Evelyn Aubrey. She was the current President of the Retirees of AFSCME and this was her greatest hobby.
Pat is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Conley Scott; daughter, Susan Dilks; grandchildren, Christopher (Tosha) Dilks, James Dilks and Cassie DeHamer; great-grandson, Gavin Dilks; mother, Evelyn Aubrey; brother, Michael (Barbara) Aubrey; sisters, Jean (Jim) Gorham and Sandra (Chuck) Hudnell; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. She was preceded in death by her sons, David Scott and Jeffrey Scott; father, W. Dean Aubrey and brother, Gary Aubrey.
