Patricia Jager, 66, died at her home Monday July 7, 2008.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2008, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Commerce Community Church, 4007 High Street, West Des Moines.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Dennis Jager; daughters, Donna Fleener, Linda Killen and Jeannie Boley; sister, Vivian Shields; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

mom i miss you very much i just wish i could reach out and give you one of the hugs i should have been giving you in life tears roll down my face of all the coulda shoulda and woulda that i had this is for real this time its the first time i can truley say i dont have a mom i can talk to and it hurts all the times when i could of talked and didnt i love you mom

Just wanted you all to know that I love you very much Loosing Aunt Pat is a loss to all that knows her so I know this is very hard for all of you.Uncle Dennis you are a great man and I love you Jennie Donna and Linda I have always cherrished my memmories of going skating with you and to Adventure land bowling and I thankyou all for being great family to me so if there is any thing at all that I can do to show you the same let me know
One last thing I want to let you know I will for ever cherrish the gift of love Aunt Pat has given to me that would be Laughter and lots of smiling so I will make sure I make some one smile to day and pass it along
