Don Page

Donald Rex Page, Jr., age 57, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines following a courageous battle with cancer.

Don was born July 11, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa to Donald Rex and Alberta May (Sanders) Page. He worked as a buffer at Artistic for 20 years and was an avid WWE fan. Don enjoyed wood carving, drawing, painting ornaments and camping. Above all else, he treasured time spent with his family and close friends.

Don is survived by his siblings, Virgil (Cathy) Page, Della Stoutenberg and Trudy Moreno, four nephews, two nieces, five great-nephews and eight great-nieces, as well as many extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law, Arnold Moreno and Don Stoutenberg, Sr.

The family will greet friends from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
