Jerry Dean Bell passed away quietly on May 10, 2018.
Jerry loved fishing, his Cubs and Vikings.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty Lou.
Services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Calvary Chapel, 606 East 9th Street in Des Moines, IA

My condolences to Uncle Jerry's family, he was a sweetie. I remember him picking me and my grandma up to take us downtown when he drove a cab, almost every weekend when I was very young. He would come over to the house and visit, we would sit around and tell stories and laugh a lot. He will be missed. My dad (Terry) talked of fond memories when they were in the army together, the were ornery brothers!
