Louis Gulino

Louis Anthony Gulino, 81, passed away on May 9, 2018 at The Good Samaritan in Indianola. He was born in Des Moines, on May 18, 1936 to Ross and Rose (Rossi) Gulino.

Louis enjoyed gardening, and admired trains. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Louis retired after 32, dedicated years from the Des Moines Public Schools.

Louis is survived by his siblings; Sylvia (Jim) Speak, Tony Gulino and Rosiland Verba; nephews, Ross Verba and Brad Gulino; nieces, Elizabeth Sites and Frances Garneau. He is preceded in death by his mother Rose (Rossi) Gulino and Ross and Frances Gulino.

The family will greet friends Monday, May 14, 2018 from 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., with a memorial service to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, Des Moines. Burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
