True friends are hard to come by but I have been blessed with many and Jim was among those. I have known Jim since I was 5 years old. Over the years I learned a lot from him; how to have fun while working; howto be a professional law enforcement officer and treat people with respect regardless of their situation; and most importantly how to be a man of integrity. He was a genuine person who would do anything for anyone and he will be missed. Prayers go out to Cindy, DJ, Beau, and his mother Norma.

Cindy and family, So sorry to hear about Jim. You may be comforted in something a preacher friend reminds me at times like this and it is simply, "God loves us and God is near." Your Senate family is thinking of you and your family.
