Dear Libby and Family,
I am so sorry to hear the sad news that Fritz had died. My brother sent me the obituary notice this morning.
I remember Fritz so well when I would go visit the FAA office to see my dad, Mike McNelly. Fritz had a great smile and a wonderful personality. I think they had too much fun at work!
He was so kind to me and my family when he was at the visitaton for my father last year. I will always remember him well.
Our thoughts are with you.
Karen, Cindy, & David McNelly
