Debra Ann O'Neal

Debra Ann O’Neal, 62, passed away on April 19, 2018. She was born in Dubuque, Iowa on March 25, 1956 to Edward and Arlene Breitbach.

Debra graduated from Dubuque Wahlert High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Loras College in Dubuque. She was an active member of Bloomfield United Methodist Church.

Debra is survived by her husband of 39 years, Cecil; children, Michelle (Gerhard) Lourens and Tim O’Neal; grandchildren, Nathan, Matthys, Blakelee, Bryton, Lexie and Bailey; father, Edward Breitbach; siblings, Sue, Paul, Ron, Julie and Nancy; brothers-in-law, Paul, Alan and Ardell; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene; daughter, Melinda; and grandson, Jordan.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Bloomfield United Methodist Church, 5930 Indianola Avenue. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23rd from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
