Dale was one of the nicest gentlemen I have had the privilege of knowing. He was the courier for Iowa Realty for many years, and made many friends here. We always enjoyed it when he would stop in at the Corporate office & visit us, after he retired from here. Those of us that still work here that knew Dale are all saddened to hear this news. My heart and prayers go out to his family.
