Sherry Ann Fuhlrodt

Sherry Ann Fuhlrodt, 82, passed away March 29, 2018 at Fleur Heights Care Center. Family and friends will gather at a later date for a private celebration of Sherry’s life.

Sherry was born July 21, 1935 in Des Moines. She was a special education teacher for various schools in the Des Moines area. Sherry loved to shop and read. She also loved horses and enjoyed horseback riding in her younger years. Sherry loved her pets, especially her dog, Spike and her kitty.

Sherry is survived by her children, Doug (Ruby) Fuhlrodt and Zoe (Mark) Goedicke; grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Fuhlrodt and Ian Goedicke; sister, Suzanne Laing; nieces, Cindy and Pam; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Lillian Laing.
