David LeRoy Hunt

David LeRoy Hunt was born July 28, 1953 in Ottumwa, IA to Donald Hunt and Vera Wadle. He passed away Tuesday March 27, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines at the age of 64.

He is survived by his mother Vera Wadle, step-mother Joan Hunt, siblings Susan (Roger) Oaks, Carol (Dan) Steffen, Jeff Wadle, Kenneth, Kyla and Kathy Hunt, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Don; step-father Delbert; brother Danny and his grandparents.

Visitation will begin at 11:30am, followed by funeral at 1pm, Tuesday, April 3, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery.
