Retha was an animal lover, especially cats. She treasured time spent with her family and friends, seeing Broadway shows and traveling. She loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, and they were the light of her life.
They are survived by their daughter, Marketa (John) Welch; grandchildren, Natasha Welch and Chad (Kerry) Welch; great-grandchildren, Caden, Teagan and Aspen; Larry’s brother, Gary (Mary) King; Retha’s brother, Mark Covington; numerous nieces and nephews; other loving relatives and many special friends. They were preceded in death by their parents.

Marketa, I'm so sorry to read of your parents passing so close together. Lossing one is hard but both together has to be extremely hard. Take comfort that they are "still together" as they should be. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your entire family. Rely on each other to share the memories to help each of you through this difficult time. Love to all!
