Beverly Walker

Beverly Ann Walker, 68, died Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at her home. Funeral services will be held 1pm Monday June 9. 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St, with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Beverly was born June 5, 1939 to Robert and Verda Burns in Des Moines. She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church and enjoyed taking care of her birds.
Beverly is survived by her children, Paula (Brian) O’Neill, Charles Walker Jr., Jon Walker, Jackie (Tom) Graham; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great grandchildren; brother; Jack (Sam) Ford; and sisters; Carolyn Helm and Sally (Robert) Stifel.
He was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Walker; daughter, Janet Marie Duncan; and grandson, Thomas Jon Walker.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 on Sunday June 8, 2008 at the funeral home.
