Doug Creason Esq, 49, of Des Moines passed away after a brief illness on Friday, May 30, 2008.
His memory will be carried on by his wife, Tracy, son Jack Daniel and daughter, Nicole; in addition he is survived by his parents, Paula and John Centunzi and Bennie Creason; brothers, Wade (Wanda) Creason, Sam (Terese) Creason, Marty (Sandra) Centunzi, John (Vivian) Centunzi ; sisters, Rita (Riley) Goodwin and Theresa (Mark) Donovan; his grandmother, Ruby Creason; uncle, Mark (Sharon) Sanders; aunts, Patsy Brantley, Ruth (Walt) Stauffacher and Sandie (Don) Vaughn; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Cozmo.
Doug was a Tennessee Squire with the Jack Daniels Distillery and a member of the Grave Dodgers, St. Louis, MO. Doug always wanted his freedom. His wish was granted in the early morning during a spectacular storm.
Doug you are with us always and in our hearts forever. You are a pain in my ass! I will love you to the end of time.

Tracy, Jack and Nicole you are very lucky to have had a man like Doug in your lives. I will always cherish and honor our friendship, and I am always here for you. I have so many memories of your dad, and not a bad one in the bunch. Our families have shared soooo much over the years, and we love you.
