Myrtle Caskey

Myrtle Caskey, 93, died at her home Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Capitol Hill Christian Church 3322 E. 25th St. with burial at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St.
Myrtle was born November 26, 1914. She was an 80 year member of Capitol Hill Christian Church. Myrtle worked as a bailiff for Sheriff Bob Rice, a job she thoroughly enjoyed. She was also a member of the Pioneer Park Social Club.
Myrtle is survived by her daughters, Suzanne (Paul) Turner and Evie (Roger) Miller; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Greig; second husband, Walter Caskey; and her son, David Caskey.
