Audrey Scott

Audrey Scott, 91, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008 at The Shores of Pleasant Hill.
Audrey was born August 3, 1917, to Mr. and Mrs. Chester Bundy of Madelia, MN. After growing up in Madelia, Audrey moved to Des Moines, living here over 65 years.
Audrey was the office Manager and Treasurer of the Iowa Transit Employees Credit Union for over 25 years before retirement. She was active in Eastern Star and was a past
Worthy Matron of the Northgate (Auburn) Chapter.
Audrey is survived by her husband of 62 years, Donald R Scott of Des Moines; son, Ronald R. Scott of Memphis, TN; sister, Marie Slocum of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Jayson R. Scott and Kelly C. Lomax of Memphis, TN and three great grandchildren, Lydia M. Scott, John Cooper Lomax and Molly R. Lomax all of Memphis, TN.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines; interment will follow at Waveland Cemetery in Prairie City, Iowa. Family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
