Our most deepest sympathy goes out to the entire McClelland family. My wife and I have known Doug for about eleven years. Working with Doug I knew I could count on him to help me in any way possible even if it really wasn't his problem to solve. Doug earned my respect as an individual and a co-worker. Our relationship went a little further than just business we would call each other to discuss anything from camping to racing (Which he was a huge fan of). My wife and I had the honor in going to a race with Doug and Lori in Phoenix in 2007 and we had the time of our lives being aroud the both of them. It is very hard knowing that Doug isn't with us anymore but we all know that he is in very good hands with our Lord. The whole McClelland family is in our thoughts and prayers and may the Lord be with all of you in your time of sadness.
Sincerely,
Dave and Margie Heinze

All of us in Utah wish Lori and the rest of the family our very best at this time of sorrow. Doug had a very happy and out going personality and we were all better for it.
We all wish we could do more for you and hope the best for Lori and the kids for the next few years as things settle into a normal life.
I wish I would have had Lori and Doug up to our house again for dinner like we did when the lights went out in Kamas.
We are all better for knowing Doug and Lori.

Words can not express our sadness at the passing of your loved one, Doug. I met Doug through business some 7-8 years ago. He was a excellent representative of his company and a very knowledgable expert in the field of hydraulics. He will be a hard one to replace in the business word.
Even greater is the loss you must be going through. He spoke with tenderness when talking of you, Lori, and the children. I had the opertunity to spend a half hour with him on May 7th in a lull at the UDOT Maintenance Confrence in Provo. He spoke of plans for the summer and spending time with you all. To me, he was a fun loving guy that loved his family and loved what he did professionaly. I will miss his fun personality and his great zest for life.
I know you may not see the big picture now, but my feeling is that he will be with you and morns the seperation that he is feeling by this event. Trust in the Lord, you will have the oppertunity to be together again. I know that to be a true principle, that is God's plan. Stay strong and stay close together as a family and Doug will be at your side.
I express my love and sincere sympathy for your loss.
Sincerely,

My deepest sympathy to all of you! I knew Doug for about 12 years and he worked for me for the last 6. He was one of our best salesmen. I always looked forward to calling Doug, even if the subject wasn't postive, because I knew he would make me laugh regardless. Doug had the best outlook on life, business, family and friends. When I traveled with him for work he always brought up his family and how great his wife and children were and how proud he was recently to be a grandpa. Doug will be missed dearely by me personally and professionally. I am available for anything the McClelland family needs now and in the future. Hang in there!

Dear Lori, Rustin, Sarah, Ariah and family,
Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your entire family on the loss of such a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. It has been a privilege getting to know your family over the past few years as we have been blessed to share such a wonderful granddaughter Ariah with you.
Although no words can express the sense of loss that is felt when losing a loved one, during the recent loss of my parents and grandmother I was comforted by the following words from the bible:
Revelation 21:34 "With that I heard loud voice from the throne say: Look! The tent of God is with mankind and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
With love,
