Dear Fern and Family,
I met Mick briefly on a visit the corporate office of Vernon in Newton. Thereafter, I had conversations by telephone and email. Every conversation with Mick was positive and helpful.
Mick had a way about him that made others feel good in his presence. We should honor him by applying the beautiful ways of his personality to that of our own.
I hurt for the pain and emptiness that is felt in your hearts now. My hope is that you find comfort and understanding in the days to come through scripture and prayer.
With Sympathy,

It is with a deep sense of loss, that I mourn the passing of Mick Perry, comforted only by the sense of gratitude I feel for having shared the last three years with such an example of humility and goodness. I know he is now in the presence of God.
I will remember him and the whole family in our prayers this weekend in our daily mass at this difficult time.
I didn't have the opportunity to have known Fern, Michael Perry and Julie Spencer, Matthew (Amanda) Perry, Robert (Stephanie) Perry and Jayden Perry; grandchildren, Shane, Taylor, Ethan, Katelynn, Kohlton, Karlie, Kory; and his mother, Beulah, when I visited Vernon in 2005, but I remember when I met him trying to speak in spanish to me and how proud he was of all his family when I showed him a photo of my wife, two sons and daughter. I thanked God for his example and support to my succes with Vernon since I started in 2005.
God blesses you all with peace and tranquillity.
Mick: Muchas Gracias por tu amistad...

As a new Vernon team member in South Florida, I only had a couple of interactions with Mick. I could tell that he was a kind, courteous and gentle man and a well respected professional. He will be greatly missed by his colleagues and undoubtedly by his friends and family.
I know that he is in a better place, pain free, singing and dancing with the Lord.
By heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Blessings, Sandra

Fern, Matt and Mike:
I am so sorry to hear about Mick. It's been several years but I remember our school days as if they were yesterday. I spent a great deal of time at your house and remember always feeling "like I was at home". Fern, you and Mick were like a second set of parents to me growing up in the neighborhood. My heart goes out to you and the boys. Please know that I am lifting you up in prayer and asking God to wrap his arms around you and bring about a peace that passes all understanding. I wish I had the words that would bring you comfort during your heartbreak but gain strength from knowing that Mick is with his creator and saying to him, "Well done, my good and faithful servant". Much love to you all!

To Fern and the Perry Family,
Mick was an individual that we will never forget. He was the kindest and most non-judgemental of people that could always resolve anything with his spirit. I still cannot imagine a world without him and can scarcely think of him without weeping inside. Your family can take comfort knowing that he was yours and someday you will all be in his company again.
God Bless You all at this most trying time.

Fern and family,
Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are because of Mick's passing. We will all miss him here on earth but know that one day soon we will see him again. We prayed for healing in his body, and now we know he is perfect.
Praise God for that.
Whenever we got to Newton to Vernon's home office, we made it a point to visit with Mick. He was always pleasant and would always give us words of encouragement.
We pray that God will give you the strength to get through these rough waters.

Dear Perry Family,
I as many of our Vernon family share in your loss. I had the
pleasure of meeting Mick for the first time almost 8 years ago when I
was invited to Newton. Each and every time that I have talked with him
since that day I have been enriched by his gentle and personal
demeanor. I already miss Mick Perry and my prayers are with his family during this sorrowful time.

Dear Family of Mick.
My deepest sympathy to you and yours. Mick was truly one of the kindest, most thoughtful persons that I have ever met. He was always a joy to work with and was a genuine mark to the success for many throughout the years with Vernon Company. His calm and peaceful insight to our world was that of a true leader and an inspiration to all that had the opportunity to cross his path. I will sincerely miss him.
My heart and prayers are with you.

To the Family of Mic Perry,
As a sales rep. for Vernon, I occassionally would talk with Mic on the phone, and when I was at the Home Office, I would sometimes stop by his office and say hello. Mic was a very likable individual and always had that smile which made you feel welcomed. I was always somewhat on edge when a the problem of credit with a customer became an issue, but Mic always made it seem like a "walk in the park." My sympathies for the family for your loss.

As a new Vernon Rep from Florida in 2006, I first met Mick at our orientation in August that year. I took an immediate liking to him, but it was not until I had to work with him in sorting out a credit problem with one of my clients did I truly get to know the true measure of the man. He was, in my opinion, one of the kindest, good hearted souls I ever met, and would go to great lengths to work with the Reps, while always keeping in mind that he was the Company's Credit Manager. He was always able to balance between the two, and create that "Win-Win" situation.
I will miss him, and offer his family my deepest condolences during this trying time. May he rest in peace.

Fern & Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Mick's passing a few days ago. He was my boss for nearly 11 yrs - but so much more. He was the most genuine, caring person I've ever worked for, before or since.
Though, he often had worries of his own, he always asked how you were and how things were going. He obviously had a strong faith and I'm sure that contributed to him being such a gentle soul.
Mick did a great job at Vernons (as evidenced by a lot of these messages). He took pride in doing a good job for the company and helping everyone he came into contact with. No matter what the situation, he always had a calming effect.
But, above all, Mick loved his family! It was clear that everything he did, was done with all of you in mind. I know he'll be missed by everyone.
Take care & God Bless!

To MIck's familiy
When a loved one passes away we have two options, griefing or celebration. Mick is a gentle human being, he was and always be with us. Life is too short to worry to worry about things we cannot control. He is no longer physically with us but his memory is, lets celebrate Mick's life not his passing away.
Live the rest of your life with an exclamation point in memory of a great guy.
Mick thanks for making this a better world, we will miss you!
