Nicomedes Vazquez

Nicomedes Vasquez of Des Moines, born Feb. 6, 1974 in Cordoba Veracruz, Mexico, died on May 1st, 2008 in Des Moines, Iowa. Nicomedes worked in Des Moines as a laboror. He loved his family and friends, and enjoyed fishing and boxing.
He is survived by his mother Margarita Fernandez, his daughter Nicole and son Sabastian; his brothers Asuncion Vasquez, Alfredo Vasquez, and Sergio Vasquez; his sisters Guadalupe Vasquez and Zayra Vasquez; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 5:30 P.M. Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home. The family will greet friends after 4:00 PM Sunday.
