Mildred E. Capps, 94, passed away on March 4, 2018 at her home. She was born March 26, 1923 in Des Moines to Roland and Bertha (McAnnich) Nauman.
She is survived by her children, Dennis (Linda) Capps, Sandy Wysong and Jeff Capps; grandchildren, Sandy, Chris, Brian and Cheryl; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Alicia, Keira, Kally, Caleb, Stella, Jeremiah and Clementine; and siblings, Hellen Mallory and Sonny Nauman.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband in 1977, Elmer; and siblings, Mary, Harriet, and Ellen Marie.
Funeral services will take place at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Hamilton’s Mitchellville Funeral Home, 303 Center Avenue South, Mitchellville. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the time of services at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow services at Mitchellville Cemetery.

Mildred was a dear friend of my parents, Ray & Florence Clemenson many years ago. So happy for her to live such an long life. Prayers and thoughts are with your Family.
